Although digital technology brings us together faster, we also feel a sense of disconnectedness and emptiness in our hearts. Through mindful physical stretching and the slow movements of Tai Ji practice and Gong Fu for the younger ones, we feel socially connected and more relaxed and connected with Mother Earth. Or by simply walking on the beach, smelling the seawater, feeling the ocean breezes and the warm summer sun, and being present with nature, we are at one with nature.
When we feel relaxed and connected with Mother Earth, our energy is restored, and we regain a sense of equilibrium and well-being.
