Mutual Aid Eastie is thrilled to host the return of the Community Resource Fair at Constitution Beach, in collaboration with a growing network of community partners. This year’s event will once again transform the beach into a powerful stage for connection, joy, and resilience. The fair will directly connect neighbors to essential resources—from housing and transportation to workers’ rights—while also uplifting community-led abundance through reciprocity circles, skill-sharing (childcare certification, crafting, linguistic skills), and wellness exercises. By bringing together trusted local organizations and celebrating the rich cultural fabric of East Boston with food, music, dance, art, and flags from our diverse countries of origin, this gathering fosters a deep sense of belonging, joy, and mutual aid.
The beach setting is more than a backdrop—it is a vital space for honoring our relationship with the land and water, celebrating our collective strength, and reminding neighbors that they are not alone. The Community Resource Fair will not only connect individuals to critical support but also empower every neighbor to share their own abundance, turning Constitution Beach into a living celebration of our community’s identities, resilience, and interdependence. With grant funds available to support each partner’s participation, this event promises to be a meaningful, joyful, and expanded revival of what neighbors have consistently called their favorite community gathering.
