NOAH is offering a series of free and public Boating Safety/Learn to Kayak events at Constitution Beach in East Boston. The aim of this program is to promote healthy recreational activities that utilize East Boston’s waterfront to help urban residents better connect with (and also to foster awareness of) the surrounding waterways.
NOAH has an established fleet of kayaks and canoes that we continue to use to offer these events. Each year, NOAH introduces thousands of residents to the East Boston waterfront through free and healthy recreational activities that provide free, public, equitable, and accessible activation along the Boston Harbor.
