The Bean and Barter (B&B) Market is a volunteer- and artist-led mutual aid market where artist vendors, mission-aligned organizations, and community members practice community care, build authentic relationships, and explore alternative economies, such as bartering. Attendees can bring items, including art, gently used books or clothing, and homemade goods, to barter with vendors. There will also be relaxing activities for attendees to rest and play, such as building sandcastles, coloring mandalas, creating found art with seashells or sea glass, and making new friends with conversation prompts.
