Black Queer Beach Takeover "Family Reunion" will bring together people for a celebration on the beach with table games, door prizes, tent setup, recreational activities, food vendors, entertainment activities, guest speakers, music, dancing, and rainbow flags. Our intention in is to be a catalyst for change in the community and bring individuals together, allowing those individuals the opportunity to create long lasting healthy relationships as their true authentic selves.

Table Games will include games such as spades, bid wiz, scrabble and toss across.

Door Prizes will include gift cards, rainbow flags and BLU/Better Beaches swag.

Tent setup will host check-in, food vendors, art, product and handmade vendors, free food, partner information, voter registration information and HIV testing.

Recreational activities will include kite flying, swimming, volleyball and kick ball.

Food Vendors will include vegan, beverages, barbeque and other ethnic food items.

Entertainment activities will include music, dancing, and the Shuffle representing beautiful rhythm of reggaeton, R&B, disco, top 40, and beyond

Guest Speakers will bring information relevant to include local activists, young adult leadership and local officials.
