Jean Appolon Expressions will lead a 4 hour dance and music event centered around Pouvwa (Power), JAE's latest production in development. Pouvwa Workshops are vibrant, inclusive gatherings led by the artists of Jean Appolon Expressions (JAE), using Haitian folkloric dance, music, and storytelling to build connection and inspire collective empowerment.

Rooted in the themes of Pouvwa, these workshops invite participants to reflect on personal and systemic power, explore how colonialism has shaped our shared histories, and imagine new possibilities for healing and liberation through movement and dialogue.
