Soca Fusion presents FIT FETE! A Soca dance fitness class meant to leave you glowing in sweat! We start with a warm up and then jump right into a joyful dance fitness workout, while enjoying the sounds and vibes of Soca music. Participants will be supported to push past their limits, while encouraged to keep up with the pace and energy of the class.
